How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website and add the desired items to your shopping cart. Once you’re ready to checkout, follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. The payment is in Singapore Dollar (SGD) as we are headquartered in Singapore. For Malaysia & Vietnam customers, feel free to purchase directly from our Shopee / Lazada Mall.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and PayNow. You can find the available payment options during the checkout process. 

Can I return the product after purchase?

Unfortunately, due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to accept returns for our products once they have been delivered.
However, we understand that circumstances may arise where assistance is needed. In such cases, our friendly administrative team is here to help. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any concerns or inquiries you may have, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Is my personal information secure?

Can i choose not to disclose my NRIC?

Yes, you can choose not to disclose your NRIC. For purchasers who opt not to disclose their personal details, we’ll be pooling our donations anonymously at the end of each year. This means that every purchase you make contributes to a greater good, regardless of whether you choose to disclose your information or not. Your support matters, and together, we can make a difference!
